Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment authorisation. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the Website are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. In most cases, delivery occurs within 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
